NCCRESt's Forum on Disproportionality
October 20-21, 2003 • Denver, CONCCRESt designed this forum for states in the Great Lakes, Mountain Plains, and Western regions of the country, to increase their awareness of the issue of disproportionality, and develop potential solutions to this problem.
